Beth Stern Fleming has over 25 years of experience practicing at large law firms.  She advised individuals and regional, national and multinational businesses in complex commercial cases, locally and in numerous jurisdictions across the country.  Through this experience, Mrs. Stern Fleming honed her negotiation, advocacy and strategy skills so that she thoughtfully finds a way to be successful for her clients.  She has mastered sizing up her opponent and choosing the best strategy for each case (including whether to be diplomatic or fierce) and is always tenacious and driven.

Mrs. Stern Fleming now brings the breadth and depth of her experience to her own firm where she will continue to handle the large complex commercial cases but will also be able to economically represent consumers and small businesses with the everyday issues they face.
