Beth Stern Fleming has over 35 years of experience, including 25 years practicing at large law firms, before she opened her own Firm. She has advised individuals and regional, national, and multinational businesses in complex commercial cases, locally and in numerous jurisdictions across the country. Through this experience, Mrs. Stern Fleming honed her negotiation, advocacy, and strategy skills so that she thoughtfully finds a way to be successful for her clients. She has mastered sizing up her opponent and choosing the best strategy for each case (including whether to be diplomatic or fierce) and is always tenacious and driven.

Mrs. Stern Fleming now brings the breadth and depth of her experience to her own firm, where she will continue to handle large, complex commercial cases but will also be able to economically represent consumers and small businesses with the everyday issues they face.

Throughout her legal career, Beth Stern Fleming has advised regional, national, and multinational clients on a wide variety of real estate and business transactional, litigation, bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and creditors’ rights matters. Beth regularly negotiates complex commercial agreements relating to acquisitions of assets or businesses, leasing, financing, and resolutions of a broad array of disputes. Beth also manages transactions and advises clients regarding financial or developmental issues.
